Detection principle and method

The resistance value and air gap density are very small at the insulation and corrosion protection layer on the metal surface is too thin, the iron leakage and electricity leakage microhole, when there is a high voltage after the formation of air gap breakdown and spark discharge, the alarm circuit to produce a pulse signal, alarm alarm sound and light alarm, according to this principle to achieve the purpose of corrosion protection layer leakage detection.

 

Detection principle and method

The resistance value and air gap density at the pinhole, iron leakage and electricity leakage microhole of the insulating anticorrosive layer on the metal surface are very small. When the high voltage passes by, the air gap breakdown will produce spark discharge. The alarm circuit and the counting circuit will each generate a pulse signal, and the alarm will send out a sound and light alarm
