Function and use
The device is designed for the following tests of CT and PT: DC resistance measurement of secondary winding, excitation characteristic test and data analysis, ratio test and polarity test, CT secondary loop load measurement.

Technical characteristics
The volt-ampere characteristic curve of CT is tested based on the frequency conversion method. The output is only 180V AC voltage and 12A AC current, but it can cope with the CT test with the inflection point up to 30kV.

Satisfy the steady-state or transient characteristics test of excitation, ratio, phase, polarity, secondary winding resistance, load, ratio difference and Angle difference of various types of CT (including high inflection point, large ratio and transformer bushing CT).

CT can be tested and analyzed according to GB20840, GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847 (IEC60044-6) and other standards. Automatically give the inflection point voltage/current, 10% error curve, 5% error curve, accuracy limit coefficient (ALF), instrument security factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), remanence coefficient (Kr), accuracy level, saturation and unsaturated inductance and other parameters.

With only one test, we can get the Angle difference and specific difference of CT at 1%~120% rated current and under different loads. The test results can also be extended to other current ranges and loads.

The actual load and power factor of the transformer can be measured.

It can complete the excitation test, ratio test and polarity check of electromagnetic PT.

The host computer software is donated to generate test report in Word format to achieve variable parameter analysis, cursor reading, curve comparison and other functions.

The device is light and portable, and the panel comes with a printer, which can automatically print the generated test report.
