Equipment Overview:
Pendulum rod hardness tester is a common instrument for measuring the hardness of paint film coating in laboratory. The working principle is as follows: the more soft the coating surface of the fulcrum of the pendulum rod, the faster the attenuation of the pendulum amplitude; On the contrary, the attenuation is slower. Due to the differences in structure, peso, tamanho, swing period and swing amplitude, as well as the complex elastic and viscoelastic changes caused by the interaction between the swing rod and the coating, an effective conversion relationship cannot be established between the measured results of various swing rods. Portanto, when determining the hardness of the coated pendulum rod in each product standard, it is indicated that only a certain pendulum rod is used.

Princípio operacional
