The AFA-V model has two optional configurations of detachable “vacuum coater” e “fixture coater” for customers to choose when ordering. The AFA-VI is a “vacuum coating table” configuration. The AFA-VH and AFA-VIH models are “electric vacuum coating table” configurations.
The vacuum coating table uses an external vacuum pump (opcional). The panel of the vacuum coating table is positioned by the dowel and can be easily removed for cleaning.
The electric vacuum coating table uses an external vacuum pump (opcional), and the heating uses a built-in integrated temperature control.
The coated pusher rod of this machine has been improved, which can be used for wet film preparers, and can also be used for various specifications of wire rods after installing wire rods and pushing frames, and there is no limit on the length of wire rods. The rod pusher has an additional counterweight to meet the pressure requirements of the rod coating.

4, the wire rod push frame can be used for positive and negative installation (fixed by the screw of the counterweight block), one side for the diameter of the wire rod below 12, one side for the diameter of the wire rod above 12. Remove from the pusher when not in use.
5, wearing parts specifications: vacuum coating table O-ring 335× 5.30GB3452.1; Rod push-frame O-ring 100× 3.55GB3452.1.
6, electric heating type (AFA-VH type and AFA-VIH type) after opening heating pay attention to the table may be hot! Please protect yourself against scalding.
