Introduction
RSQ06-II ceramic brick thermal shock resistance tester (automatic) is suitable for ceramic brick thermal shock resistance testing equipment, with temperature, time automatic control, test cycle automatic control, timing and other functions. The equipment is reliable, easy to operate, accurate data, manual, automatic two functions, in line with GB/ T3810.9-2016 “Ceramic brick thermal shock resistance measurement” and ISO10545-9: 2013 “Determination of thermal shock resistance of ceramic tiles” requirements for test equipment and GB/T3298-2008 domestic ceramics thermal shock resistance test method requirements. The machine adopts the upper and lower box structure, the upper box oven heating, automatically maintain the set temperature and time; Lower tank cooling, automatically maintain the set temperature and time; The automatic circulation of the sample in the oven and cold water tank is realized by the lifting part control. The testing machine is mainly composed of oven, cold sink, refrigeration system, sample rack lifting part, oven automatic door switch part and electrical control system.
