Description
Scope of Application:
1. Applicable to testing the flammability and flame spread characteristics of thermal and sound insulation materials when exposed to radiant heat and flames.
2. Applicable to evaluating the flammability and flame spread characteristics of thermal and sound insulation materials.

GB/T25353 “Test Method for Combustion and Flame Spread Characteristics of Thermal and Sound Insulation Materials.”
Equipment Structure:
1. This machine consists of a combustion chamber and a control box.
2. Combustion Chamber Dimensions: L1397 x W495 x H2000 (mm)
3. Control Box/Combustion Chamber Material: Made of T1.5 cold plate, processed by CNC machine tools, finished with an off-white paint finish, and featuring an elegant curved arc shape.
4. Blowtorch: Manufactured in-house, made of brass and fully compliant with GB/T25353 standards. 5. Other mechanical parts are made of 304 stainless steel or A3 material with thick electroplating for corrosion and rust resistance.
Control System:
1. Computer control system: including a computer and a printer.
2. Windows XP operating system.
3. All electronic components are from leading domestic brands and are directly supplied by the manufacturer, ensuring component quality.
4. The equipment is equipped with the following safety protection devices: power overload protection, short-circuit protection, and control circuit overload protection.

18. Flue gas treatment system: Utilizes a powerful exhaust system. This unit is equipped with a powerful exhaust fan. After the test is completed, the exhaust fan system is activated to discharge the exhaust gas outdoors for purification and to meet national emission standards.
Usage conditions:
1. The floor must be flat and well-ventilated, free of flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases and dust. 2. There are no strong electromagnetic radiation sources nearby.
3. Allow adequate maintenance space around the device.
4. Operating temperature: 25°C to 35°C.
5. Power supply: Three-phase 220V/50Hz.
6. Permissible voltage fluctuation range: 220V ± 10%.
7. Permissible frequency fluctuation range: 50Hz ± 1%.
8. The user is required to configure an appropriate air and gas source and a power supply for the device at the installation site. This power supply must be independent and dedicated to this device.
