Description

I. Applications:

Suitable for testing the pressure resistance and burst performance of various automotive hoses, rubber hoses, air conditioning ducts, and automotive assemblies. It can be used to measure the burst pressure and withstand time of various types of pipe fittings.

It is widely used in quality inspection agencies, automotive parts manufacturers, product quality inspection stations, research institutes, and other areas involved in the production, development, and research of various hoses. The pressure test system consists of a pressurization system and a control and display system. The pressurization system, primarily composed of a liquid booster pump, performs pressurization and pressure maintenance, ensuring long-term pressurization and pressure maintenance. The control and display system controls the pressure of the driving gas, controls pressure relief, displays pressure in real time, and controls pressurization.

This tester utilizes PLC control and a touch screen display. It features automatic pressurization, automatic peak hold, automatic shutdown after the test piece bursts, and automatic protection functions.

II. Test Standards:

The hose burst test bench is manufactured in accordance with the EN ISO 1402-1996/NF T47202-1996 standard for hydrostatic testing of rubber and plastic hose assemblies and the GB/T5563 standard for testing hydraulic hose assemblies. Hose installation and testing methods comply with the requirements of EN ISO 1402-1996/NF T47202-1996, and the equipment’s performance parameters and test methods conform to the requirements of GB7939 and GB/T5563 for testing hydraulic hose assemblies. It is suitable for burst testing of various specifications of steel braided hoses according to GB383 or GB/T10544, as well as leakage testing, pressure resistance testing, and other tests.
