I. Application Scope:

The touchscreen controlled pulse fatigue tester uses a touchscreen + PLC control system. The touchscreen displays the pressure curve in real time, saves test data, and controls the test pressure and the number of tests.

1. Test Medium: Water, Hydraulic Oil
2. Test Pressure: 0-60 MPa (Adjustable)
3. Pressure Control Accuracy: 0.01 MPa (depending on the range)
4. Gas Pulse Frequency: 5-120 times/min (Adjustable)
5. Pressure Waveform: Basic Square Wave (or Trapezoidal Wave), Pulse Width Adjustment Can Be Customized
6. Test Medium Temperature: Room Temperature to 160°C (Customer Requirement)
7. Test Times: 500,000 or More (Continuously) for sealing performance testing, no leakage or deformation is allowed.
