Introduction:

This testing machine is a new generation gear friction and wear testing machine developed and manufactured by our company based on a comprehensive suite of advanced domestic and international technologies, utilizing a completely new structure and PC-controlled software.

It utilizes a closed energy flow method and static automatic loading. The testing machine consists of a driving gearbox and a testing gearbox, connected by a torque-loading shaft and a rigid shaft. A torque sensor and a rigid loading clutch are connected in series to the rigid shaft. An electric heater is installed within the testing gearbox to heat the specimen. A temperature sensor is installed on the side of the gearbox near the pinion to heat the specimen to a set temperature. The testing machine is driven by a 7.5 kW dual-speed motor (1450 and 2900 rpm). The test torque load between the working and testing gears is automatically applied according to the set value set by the test requirements by a servo motor. During the test, a torque curve is displayed and plotted in real time, along with parameters such as test time, test temperature, and test speed.

It is suitable for FZG gear oil testing, tooth flank and tooth root load-bearing capacity testing of gears made of different materials, tooth flank fatigue strength testing, and lubricant shear stability testing. It complies with GB/T 13672-92 “Test Method for Gear Scuffing Load-Bearing Capacity,” SH/T 0306-1992 “Determination of Lubricant Load-Bearing Capacity” (CL-100 Gear Machine Method), GB/T 14229-1993 “Gear Contact Fatigue Strength Test Method,” and GB/T 14230-1993 “Gear Bending Fatigue Strength Test Method.” Furthermore, modifications can be made to meet user requirements, such as oil-spray lubrication, lighting, and observation and photography ports.
