GA-X108 Digital Vertical Optical Gauge
Product Description
A projection optical gauge is a precision optical mechanical length measuring instrument. It measures micro-differences in part dimensions by comparing a standard gauge block with the part being measured. It is a commonly used precision instrument in factory metrology rooms, workshop calibration stations, or in gage, tool, and precision parts manufacturing workshops. It can calibrate gauge blocks and high-precision cylindrical gauge blocks, and can compare the diameters of cylindrical and spherical workpieces, the thickness of sample workpieces, and the pitch diameter of external threads.

Features
It utilizes a stepped-down LED light source, resulting in extremely low heat generation in the optical and electrical components, minimizing thermal impact.
Combining the optical lever principle with CCD digital imaging technology, it delivers high resolution, accurate, and stable measurement readings.
The LCD digital display is positioned closest to the measurement area, allowing for simultaneous viewing of the measurement area and the displayed value, creating a user-friendly design.
The wide display range ensures accurate measurement results even when the measured part differs significantly from the standard part.
The LCD digital display provides convenient and comfortable reading. An analog cursor displays below the LCD screen, ensuring clear and intuitive probe movement.
The instrument comes with five different probe tip cap shapes and five worktables for different applications, allowing measurement of parts with various shapes, including flat surfaces, cylinders, spheres, thin plates, needles, and threads.
A variety of gauge block moving frames are available to prevent hand heat transfer to the gauge blocks.
