Product Introduction:

The automatic oil dielectric loss and volume resistivity tester is designed and manufactured according to the GB/T5654 standard, “Measurement of Relative Permittivity, Dielectric Loss Factor and DC Resistivity of Liquid Insulating Materials”. It is used for measuring the dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity of liquid insulating media such as insulating oil. It features an integrated structure, incorporating a dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high-resistance meter, and DC high-voltage source. It utilizes fully digital technology for intelligent and automated measurement. Equipped with a large color LCD screen and a full Chinese menu, it provides Chinese prompts for every step. Test results can be automatically stored and printed. Operators can use it proficiently without professional training. It can be widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, railway, aviation, commercial inspection, and scientific research departments.

Main Features:

● The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure conforming to the national standard GB/T5654, with a 2mm electrode gap, eliminating the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on dielectric loss test results.
● The instrument uses medium-frequency induction heating and a PID temperature control algorithm. This heating method offers advantages such as non-contact between the oil cup and the heating element, uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control, ensuring that the temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.
● The internal standard capacitor is an SF6-filled three-electrode capacitor. The dielectric loss and capacitance of this capacitor are unaffected by ambient temperature and humidity, ensuring the instrument’s accuracy even after long-term use.
● The AC test power supply uses an AC-DC-AC conversion method, effectively avoiding the influence of mains voltage and frequency fluctuations on the accuracy of dielectric loss testing. The instrument can operate correctly even when powered by a generator.
● Comprehensive protection functions. In case of overvoltage, overcurrent, or high-voltage short circuit, the instrument can quickly cut off the high voltage and issue a warning message. A warning message is also issued if the temperature sensor fails or is not connected. A temperature limiting relay is installed in the medium-frequency induction heating furnace; when the temperature exceeds 120 degrees Celsius, the relay releases, and heating stops.
● Convenient test parameter settings. Temperature measurement range: 0–120℃, AC voltage setting range: 500–2200V, DC voltage setting range: 300–500V.
● Empty electrode cup calibration function: Measures the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup to assess its cleanliness and assembly condition. Calibration data is automatically saved for accurate calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.
● Features a large LCD screen with backlight for clear display. The user interface is user-friendly; simply follow the Chinese menu prompts and input commands, and the instrument will automatically perform the test. Test results are automatically stored and printed.
● Built-in real-time clock: Test date and time are saved, displayed, and printed along with the test results.
