Instructions for Use:

1. Divide eight unsoaked brick samples into four pairs. Each pair of bricks should have similar tapping sounds, similar colors, and generally consistent appearance.
2. Select one brick from each pair, for a total of four bricks, and number them sequentially as the experimental group.
3. The remaining five bricks will serve as the control group, also numbered in the same sequence.
4. Brush off any dust adhering to the brick samples, then dry the bricks (samples) in the efflorescence testing chamber at +110~+115℃ until constant weight is achieved. Then, set the efflorescence testing chamber temperature to room temperature, and the bricks (samples) can be cooled to room temperature before starting the test.

Advantages and Features:

■ High-temperature baking and efflorescence testing are completed in one step. The innovative design concept breaks through the traditional old machine technology in terms of appearance and function (performance), providing users with an ideal testing tool that is both high-standard and low-cost.
■ After baking to constant weight, the brick samples of the experimental group are placed upright in shallow trays. Water is automatically (or manually) added to the trays, saving time and labor. The water level should be no less than 25-35mm of distilled water. A stainless steel plate is used to cover the shallow trays, with rectangular holes allowing the brick samples to be exposed. The time is automatically recorded.
■ There is no need to worry about ordering additional high-temperature baking equipment for drying the bricks (samples). This instrument can directly bake at a maximum temperature of +120℃, ensuring that the bricks (samples) are baked in a high-temperature environment of +110~+115℃.
■ The instrument uses a pure imported LCD touch screen controller with dual temperature and humidity display and control, available in both English and Chinese. The temperature and humidity have multiple program segments and memory functions, each segment can loop 999 times, and it is equipped with multiple PID control functions.
■ This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the efflorescence test requirements of GB5101-2017 Sintered Common Bricks. It can automatically control the temperature and humidity inside the chamber and automatically alternate the test conditions. It is one of the essential equipment for quality testing in brick and tile production, construction, and testing units.
