Description
GA-F111 High-pressure concrete impermeability tester
I. Equipment Introduction
The High-Pressure Concrete Permeability Tester uses an ultra-high-pressure water pump to pump water to a pressure of 12 MPa. The ultra-high-pressure control system, controlled by a software-controlled pressure control module, maintains the pump pressure at a constant set value. Pressure devices are configured based on the customer’s specific sample size, typically three samples per group. Once the set test pressure is reached and maintained for a set time (which can be set), if leakage occurs during this time, the software automatically detects the sample as leaking and stops the test for that section.

2. Test Pressure Range: 3-12 MPa;
3. Control Accuracy: 0.05 MPa;
4. Sample Size: Customizable;
5. Control Method: Automatically controlled by computer software;
6. Equipped with an energy storage device to ensure pressure stability during pressurization and constant pressure;
7. Automatically detects leaks.

III. Maintenance
1. Fill the reduction gearbox with a sufficient amount of engine oil and replace it as needed.
2. Lubricate the piston and guide pin joints of the water pump regularly (open the pump cover). 3-4 drops of oil should be sufficient each time.
3. After each test, drain the water from the water tank, piping, and pump body. Wipe the test mold clean and apply anti-rust grease. Clean all exposed surfaces and then cover with the outer cover.
