Automatic Scratch Tester
Purpose:
Scratch tester is mainly used to evaluate the scratch performance of single layer insulation coated board. Scratch resistance of the coating can be determined by evaluating whether the coating is scratched by a certain weight of tungsten carbide hemispherical contacts or the maximum load of the coating cannot be scratched. Mainly used in product surface coating, such as coil coating, can ink, 3C ink, uv ink, etc.
