Test principle:
The test plate with adhesive sample is hung vertically on the test frame, and the lower end is hung with a weight of the specified weight. The ability of adhesive sample to resist pulling out is characterized by the displacements of the sample after a certain period of time or the time of complete detachment of the sample. Operation method:
1. After removing the 3 to 5 rings of adhesive tape on the outermost layer of the adhesive tape paper, unwrap the sample roll at a rate of about 300 mm/min (the isolating layer of the flake sample is also removed at the same rate), and cut the sample 25 mm wide and 100 mm long in the middle of the adhesive tape every 200mm or so. Unless otherwise specified, the number of samples in each group shall not be less than three;
2. Scrub the test board and loading board with the wiping material and cleaning agent, and then dry it carefully with clean gauze, so repeated cleaning three times. Above, until the working face of the board is clean by visual inspection. After cleaning, do not touch the working face of the plate with hands or other objects;
3. At the temperature of 23 ° C ±2 ° C and relative humidity of 65% ± 5%, paste the sample parallel to the longitudinal side of the plate in the middle of the adjacent test plate and loading plate according to the dimensions specified in Figure 2. Roll the sample with a press roller at a speed of about 300 mm/min. Note that when rolling, only the force generated by the mass of the roll can be applied to the sample. The number of rolling can be specified according to the specific product situation, if there is no provision, the reciprocating rolling three times;

4. After pasting the sample on the board, it should be placed for 20 min at a temperature of 23℃±2℃ and relative humidity of 65% ±5%. Then fix the test plate vertically on the test rack of the instrument, and gently connect the loading plate and the weight with a pin.
5. Place the instrument horizontally, turn on the power switch, heating switch and fan switch successively, press the raised part on the timer, and clear the time. The instrument is automatically turned on according to the preset temperature until the temperature in the test box is constant to the set value;
6. When you arrive at the allotted time, remove the heavy objects. A magnifying glass with indexing was used to measure the sliding displacement of the sample, accurate to 0.1mm; Or record the time it takes the sample to fall off the test plate.
