Abstract

GA-4118 digital display Rockwell hardness tester is a high-tech product with high precision and stable performance. It is menu-based in interface, easy to operate, intuitive and convenient. The measuring device adopts high-precision grating displacement sensor and ARM32 chip control system.

Product introduction

1. The measuring device adopts grating displacement sensor, displays the results through the LCD screen, and can display and set the test scale, test force, head type, load holding time, conversion unit, etc.;
2. The fuselage is formed by casting high-quality cast iron in one time, and is round and beautiful in appearance with automobile paint processing technology;
3. Convenient control system, which can automatically convert units of full hardness scale;
4. The built-in test software can modify the machine by ±3HR;
5. The loading, loading and unloading of the test force are controlled by the motor to eliminate the manual operation error of rockwell hardness tester;
6. Configure wireless Bluetooth printer, and output data through RS232 port;
7. The precision conforms to GB/T230.2-2018, ISO6508-2 and American ASTM E18 standard.
