Description
BGD series paint film stroker is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 9286, ISO2409, ASTM D 3002 and ASTM D 3359 standards. It is used to uniformly delineate squares of certain specifications and sizes, and to evaluate the degree of adhesion of the coating to the substrate by evaluating the integrity of the coating film in the square, which is expressed as “level”. It is mainly used for the determination of adhesion of organic coatings by grid method, not only suitable for laboratories, but also for construction sites under various conditions. Standarda offers two types of paddle heads, one with 6 or 8 cutting surfaces (except 2mm/11), one with a single blade basic type. These knives are precisely machined from hard alloy steel.
