3.Kroki operacji

Put the quantitative sample and the blending agent on the lower grinding disk, mix it into pulp with the adjusting knife, then move the blended slurry to the center of the lower grinding disk, and put down the upper grinding disk, so that the positioning shaft core and the positioning block are connected, and then pull the eccentric handle down and hang the required weight.
Turn on the power switch.
Enter the operation interface:
Press the number box to set the required number. Confirm that the input is correct, please press the “Run” button, the confirmation dialog box will pop up, and click “OK”. At this time, the relay will pull on and the motor will start to operate. Every turn, the “running times” automatically add up to 1. When the number of running laps is the same as the set number of laps, the motor will automatically stop running, and the “cumulative number” shows the cumulative number of running times. At this time, turn the eccentric handle, separate the upper and lower of the grinding disc, pull the positioning handle outward, and push up at the same time, open the upper grinding disc, and observe the sample.
If you want to run again according to the number of laps set last time, please press the “run” button, and the confirmation dialog box will pop up, and click “OK”. At this time, the number of runs will automatically clear to zero and then the count will start. If the “reset icon” corresponding to the number of runs is pressed, the “number of runs” counter will be automatically reset; According to the reset icon “Reset icon” corresponding to the cumulative number of times, the “cumulative number” counter is reset.
Switch between Chinese and English:
If water cooling is required, connect the water nozzle of the grinding disc.

4. Matters needing attention

After each work, it is necessary to clean the upper and lower glass, pad the appropriate paper in the middle, and put down the upper grinding plate to avoid damage to the glass plate.
