Principle and structure
The instrument consists of a rectangular coordinate system composed of a supporting plate, a movable left support and a right support. On the plate there are three standard plates of similar shape and ideal size with ceramic tiles for detection, and the meter value is adjusted to the appropriate position and the indication value is noted. Then, the standard plate is replaced by ceramic tile, and six parameters are measured separately without moving the measuring point. The left and right supports and the center measuring supports can be moved parallel on the plate to form spatial coordinates of different positions to adapt to the measurement of ceramic tiles of different sizes.
