Brief introduction:

Test instructions: Scratch the surface of the coating with a hardness pencil to test the surface hardness of the coating layer. The hardness pencil is fixed at 45° Angle, so that the front end of the pen and the surface of the coating layer contact, and appropriate load, according to a certain speed to move the test platform to make the surface of the coating layer move through the pen center, the coating layer will cause damage (scratch) the softest pencil grade can be regarded as the hardness of the coating layer
