GA-02 Hall Current Meter

GA-02 Hall current meter is based on GB1482-2010-T metal powder fluidity measurement [standard funnel method] (Hall current meter instead of GB1479-84, GB1482-84 standard specifications. Used to test the flow rate and loose density of metal powder and non-metal powder. Funnel material is divided into brass and stainless steel [brass is easy to oxidize, stainless steel wear resistant]
This method is only applicable to powder that can freely flow through a standard funnel with a diameter of 2.5mm or 5.0mm. Other parts of this standard specify methods for determining the bulk density of powder that cannot pass through a standard funnel with a diameter of 5.0mm.
Principle:
The powder falls freely from the funnel hole at a certain height to fill the cup. In the loose pack state, the mass of powder per unit volume represents the loose pack density of powder. This standard is equivalent to ISO 3923/1-1979 “Determination of loose density of metal powder – Deel 1 funnel method”.
Device structure

3, cylindrical cup: volume 25± 0.05cm3, internal longitude of 31±1mm.
4, the production of cups and funnels: cups and funnels should be made of non-magnetic corrosion-resistant metal materials, and have enough wall thickness and hardness to prevent deformation and excessive wear, usually made of brass or stainless steel materials. The inside surface of the funnel and cup should be carefully polished.
5, bracket and base: bracket is used to fix the funnel. The base must be horizontal, stable, and non-vibrating for mounting brackets and cups. The distance between the bottom of the funnel hole and the upper part of the cup is 25mm, which can be adjusted by positioning blocks. The funnel and the cup must be concentric.
6, balance (user provided) : to have enough measuring range, weighing samples can be accurate to 0.01g.
