This small spray dryer is primarily suitable for producing micro-particle powders in laboratories of universities, research institutes, and food, pharmaceutical, and chemical companies. It has broad applicability for all solutions, including emulsions and suspensions. It is also suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials such as biological products, biopesticides, and enzymes. Because the sprayed material is only exposed to high temperatures when it is formed into atomized particles, it is only heated momentarily, ensuring that the active ingredients of these materials remain intact after drying.
