Gambaran keseluruhan:

This tester is developed in accordance with the technical requirements specified in GB/T11835 “Rock Wool, Slag Wool, and Their Products for Thermal Insulation.” It features a rational structure, touchscreen control, high automation, accurate time recording, prestasi yang stabil, dan operasi yang mudah.

Parameter teknikal:

1. Suhu persekitaran: 20°C to 40°C
2. voltan: 220V ± 10V, 50Hz, Kuasa: 2500W
3. Heating range: 0°C to 800°C
4. Kadar pemanasan: 5°C/min from room temperature to 400°C;
400°C to 800°C, 3°C/min.

6. Sample tube: φ49 mm ± 1 mm

Sample preparation:

1. For rock wool and slag wool, obtain a sample with a density of 150 kg/m³;
For glass wool, obtain a sample with a density of 64 kg/m³. 2. For rock wool, slag wool, and glass wool products, obtain samples of the actual density.
3. For rock wool shells, slag wool shells, and glass wool tube shells, obtain samples of a board with the same density as the tube shell.
4. For products with veneers, remove the veneer.
5. Place the sample into a cylindrical tube with a diameter of 49 ± 1 mm and a thickness of 80 mm.
