GKL-Ⅱ Dry Crack Tester

개요:
The GKL-II type dry crack tester of Shanghai Modern Environment is designed and manufactured according to the provisions of the initial dry crack test in GB9779 “Multi-layer building Coatings”. It is mainly used in the determination of the initial drying resistance of the multi-layer building coating. The instrument uses axial fan to supply air, and the wind speed can not be adjusted.

How to use:
1. Connect the D-shaped plug of the host lead wire to the D-shaped socket at the rear of the controller.
2. Use the digital switch installed on the digital display time relay on the controller to set the duration of fan operation. If the duration is not set, turn on the power and the fan will not rotate. (For detailed operation and precautions, please refer to the manual of digital time relay attached to this equipment manual.)
3, 전원을 켜다 (indicator light), the fan starts to run, while the timer starts to time.
4. Connect the anemometer probe to the host and zero it. (For the specific connection method and zero correction method, see the operation manual in the anemometer box)
5. Insert the probe of the anemometer into the velocity measurement holes on both sides of the host to determine the wind speed in the wind tunnel, adjust the “wind adjustment” knob on the controller, and adjust the wind speed to the specified value.
6, the instrument automatically stops after the time, if you want to stop halfway, directly turn off the power switch.

메모:
1, when pulling out the anemometer probe, it should be noted that the tail wire also retracted into the probe cavity, must not use the hand to prevent it from entering the probe cavity, but should keep it free.
2. If the equipment is not used for a long time, the dry battery in the anemometer should be removed to prevent its leakage.
3, other precautions, please refer to the digital display time relay and anemometer instructions.
