1.Instrument introduction

GA-CHN820 hydrocarbon nitrogen analyzer is a precision analytical instrument built according to the needs of users by Youxin Instrument with many years of technical accumulation. It has the characteristics of wide linear range, low detection limit, fast analysis speed, stable performance and simple operation, and can accurately determine the content of carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen in coal.

The GA-CHN820 hydrocarbon nitrogen analyzer adopts a horizontal structure according to the customer’s existing laboratory conditions. The instrument can be placed on the experimental table for experiments, which is convenient for customers to add samples and test.

3.기술적 특성

1, one-time lofting 39, disposable lofting 78 samples can be purchased, the instrument can automatically send samples, samples, cycle testing, the whole process after lofting without manual operation, the analysis process can be added or replaced at any time;

2, the horizontal structure, the instrument can be placed on the laboratory table, convenient for customer operation;

3, the use of advanced PID algorithm temperature control, furnace temperature control accuracy up to ±1℃, constant greenhouse and gas storage tank temperature control accuracy up to ±0.1℃;

4, the absolute pressure sensor is used to monitor the pressure of the whole gas path of the instrument, which can automatically detect the air tightness of the whole gas path as well as the furnace, infrared pool, thermal conductivity pool and gas storage tank.

5, the instrument uses infrared spectrum absorption method to determine carbon content and hydrogen content, using thermal conductivity method to determine nitrogen content;

6, the test speed is fast, the degree of automation is high, the test time of carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen is about 4min;

7, the experiment can choose the “automatic cooling after the completion of the experiment” 옵션, after the experiment is completed, the computer will automatically shut down and the instrument will automatically cool down, which can be unattended, there is no need for personnel to manually cool down and shut down after the test;

8, the experimental report can be written according to customer requirements, reduce the workload of customers;

9, can access the laboratory management system, to achieve balance data without landing, test results backup and upload.
