IO. Scope of Application:
1.1 Applicable to lined fire hoses, wet fire hoses, and fire hoses;
1.2 Applicable to fire hoses with sizes of 25mm, 40mm, 50mm, 65mm, 80mm, 100mm, 125mm, and 150mm, and models 8, 10, 13, 16, 20, E 25. These specifications and models are standard; additional specifications and models will be charged separately.
1.3 Applicable to the working pressure, test pressure, and minimum burst pressure. Unit: MPa.

II. Standard:
2.1 Complies with Section 5.4 of the GB6246-2010 “Fire Hose” standard for water pressure testing and burst testing.
2.2 Complies with Section 5.5 of the GB6246-2010 “Fire Hose” standard for wet hose seepage measurement.
2.3 Complies with Section 5.13 of the GB6246-2010 “Fire Hose” standard for connection performance testing of hoses and fire hose interfaces.
III. Caratteristiche principali:
3.1 A computer + PLC + module collects data and controls pressure, Portata, pressure hold time, and pressure increase rate.
3.2 Automatic hose clamping and sealing technology eliminates the time-consuming and labor-intensive hose clamping and sealing issues associated with older testing machines. The test is automatically controlled by a computer, which records test data throughout the process and automatically generates reports as required, making hose testing highly automated. It features a small footprint, struttura compatta, high automation, recirculating water, stable operation, and a complete range of accessories.
3.3 Safety Measures:
3.3.1 The high-pressure system utilizes dual safety precautions: a pressure transmitter controls water pressure, and an electric contact pressure gauge controls maximum water pressure. This protects against failure while also ensuring the safety of test personnel and equipment.
3.3.2 To prevent leakage during testing, fastening devices are used at both ends of the hose in the wetted area to provide a complete waterproof seal. A 24V low-voltage control system and a time relay control system provide three layers of protection: waterproof, elettrico, and malfunction-resistant.
3.4 The pressurization system, consisting of an imported liquid booster pump and a frequency converter voltage regulator, primarily handles the system’s pressurization and pressure maintenance, ensuring both pressure and pressure during extended testing.
3.5 The test process is controlled by a microcomputer, displaying the test pressure-time curve in real time. Test results can be automatically saved and printed, even during power outages.
3.6 Computer Software: Utilizing LabViw, the American NI precision equipment development software, our company independently developed the software for the second time. The interface is rigorous and clearly organized, providing convenient and fast control.
3.7 Complete fixtures and tooling are available, ensuring quick and easy installation.
3.8 The overall design is rational and easy to maintain. Automatic constant pressure replenishes the system with minimal leakage. High-pressure piping is manufactured with superior quality for durability.
IV. Main Performance Parameters:
