The Automatic Micro-Carbon Residue Analyzer is an instrument used for micro-carbon residue measurement. The temperature control and program control components are imported from Japan, while the remaining components are domestically produced. It complies with GB/T 17144, ASTM D4530, e ISO 10370 standard. Its measurement range is for measuring carbon residue in petroleum products.
Instrument Performance
An imported programmable temperature controller provides full temperature monitoring, automatic nitrogen pressure monitoring, and automatic flow control. An automatic alarm is activated upon test completion. Fino a 12 tests can be performed simultaneously. Nitrogen shielding gas flow ensures consistent test conditions and excellent repeatability and reproducibility.
The exhaust gas is discharged using a duct, providing greater flexibility in laboratory space requirements compared to Kang’s method.
Axial fan cooling helps keep the instrument temperature down.
Operation requires only pressing the “Start” button, and the instrument automatically performs all tests. No further operation or judgment is required during normal operation. A buzzer indicates the end of the test. The display is intuitive and easy to read.
