BGD 180 Intelligent Touch-screen Rotothinner is a simple, easy-to-use rotary viscometer, it is used to measure sample viscosity character under three different shearing rates（20S-1、44S-1、200S-1），and also can be used to measure viscosity character of same sample depending shearing time.

It complies with ISO 2884-2《Paints and varnishes — Determination of viscosity using rotary viscometers- Parte 2:Disc or ball viscometer operated at a specified speed》and BS 3900 A7 standards etc.

Caratteristiche

◆ Comes with three spindles as below，meets different measuring ranges:

No.1 Disc Spindle: for use with viscosities up to 1,5 Pa⋅s (1,500 mPa⋅s), with an average shear rate of approximately 200S-1 with a Newtonian fluid.

No.2 Big ball Spindle: for use with viscosities up to 6,5 Pa⋅s (6,500 mPa⋅s), with an average shear rate of approximately 44S-1 with a Newtonian fluid.

No.3 Small ball Spindle: for use with viscosities up to 34 Pa⋅s (34,000 mPa⋅s), with an average shear rate of approximately 20S-1 with a Newtonian fluid.

◆ 250 ml Standard container which complies with standard requirements：Inner diameter is 74mm，Height is 74mm

◆ Three reading modes：Manual, Holding max. value and Timing reading

◆ Magnetic rotor enables rapid installing, dismantlement or cleaning.
