The gas pulse tester is used to test the gas pressure fatigue resistance of pipes, hoses, katup, and other products. It can perform high-temperature gas pulse fatigue testing and can control the ambient temperature. It simulates pulse fatigue testing of the test piece under high-pressure gas at a certain ambient temperature.
II. Basic Parameters
1. Test Medium: Compressed air or other gases
2. Test Pressure: 0-0.8 MPa (dapat disesuaikan)
3. Pressure Control Accuracy: 0.01 MPa (depending on the range)
4. Gas Pulse Frequency: 5-20 times/min (dapat disesuaikan)
5. Gas Pressure Waveform: Basic square wave (or trapezoidal wave), pulse width adjustment can be customized to your company’s requirements
6. Test Medium Temperature: Room temperature to 260°C (customer-specified)
7. Test frequency: 1 million or more (continuously), for sealing performance testing. No leakage or deformation is allowed.
