Instrument Overview:
The Plant Phenotyping Imaging Analysis System is primarily used for measuring and analyzing plant phenotypes. The system features visible light imaging units at the top, upper side, and lower side, acquiring comprehensive phenotypic information of the plant through the rotation of the bottom rotating stage. The system utilizes artificial intelligence-based 3D imaging technology to dynamically generate a 3D model of the plant using a multi-view combination approach. It can also calculate morphological, warna, and texture parameters such as plant width, tinggi, skeleton, ASM, and SSIM based on the model. It is suitable for analyzing plants in the Poaceae, Solanaceae, Brassicaceae, and Leguminosae families, and is mainly used in plant physiology, ecology, ilmu lingkungan, and plant protection.

Morphological Parameters: Frontal plant width, lateral plant width, plant height, width-to-height ratio, compactness, eccentricity, roundness, rectangularity, rectangle aspect ratio, fractal dimension, total skeleton length, average band length, number of endpoints, number of branching points, number of branching levels, branching angle, top-view projected area, side-view projected area, projected area ratio, top-view convex hull perimeter, side-view convex hull perimeter, convex hull perimeter ratio;
Color Parameters: (Divided into top-view and side-view) R, G, B, L, A, B (Lab parameters default to using D65 light source, 2° observer viewing angle), H, S, V, gray;
Texture Parameters: Contrast, Correlation, Entropy, ASM (Angle Second Moment), Second Moment, Third Moment, Fourth… The parameters are: Monment (fourth-order moment), Homogeneity, Dissimilarity, Variance (gray-level variance), Sum Variance, Sum Average, Difference Variance, and SSIM (structural similarity index).
There are a total of 56 parameters.

Instrument Functions:
1. Image Adaptation: After selecting a large plant for measurement, the system automatically assesses the plant size and automatically captures an image based on the measurement results; for extremely large plants, the system automatically stitches and processes the images.
2. Temperature and Humidity Sensors: The instrument is equipped with temperature and humidity sensors, providing real-time feedback on the internal environment.
3. Instrument Control: The instrument has an external 10-inch control panel, allowing users to operate it via computer, view the internal temperature and humidity, and control the light intensity and door position. 4. Lens Operation: Depending on the size of the plant being photographed, users can control the lens to rise or fall, and the camera body to raise or lower, via software to find the most suitable shooting position.
5. Camera Resolution: The system’s optical imaging unit supports up to 12 megapiksel; users can select the appropriate resolution as needed.
6. Model Operation: The 3D model can be scaled, rotated, and moved using the mouse.
7. Cloud Upload: After binding the device ID, the analyzed plant phenotypic data can be transferred to the cloud, and the cloud data can be viewed at any time.
8. Focus and Zoom: The system supports autofocus and manual focus; the focus method can be modified in the software settings interface. The system also supports optical zoom. Users can manually adjust the lens to a suitable position; generally, it is recommended to adjust the object in both side-view lenses to a similar size.
9. Data: The measurement recording interface can summarize the analysis results. Double-clicking an analysis record displays the result details, and any analysis result can be deleted.
10. 3D Imaging: Under the premise of video segmentation into 4 frames and a 4060Ti graphics card, imaging takes 20-30 menit. The fewer the frames, the shorter the time; the more frames, the longer the time (Catatan: The final imaging speed is positively correlated with computer performance; the higher the computer performance, the faster the imaging speed).
11. Export: Users can export each analysis result individually or all analysis results. Manual export is supported. 12. **Export 3D Model Display Video:** Allows modification of the analysis result export path, model storage path, and video save path within the software settings interface.
13. Bahasa:Supports one-click switching between Chinese and English in the software interface.
14. Software Provides a Subroutine for Testing the Maximum Resolution of Your Computer:
15. Weighing:Automatically weighs the plant after it’s placed on the turntable and displays the result synchronously on the software interface.
16.Safety Specifications:The instrument is equipped with various detection switches, sensor, and limiters according to design specifications to prevent user misoperation or overtravel issues.
