Since the sealing performance of the transformer, reactor, arc suppression coil (hereinafter referred to as the transformer) directly affects the factory test and field operation, it is necessary to ensure that the transformer is sealed, c'est, to carry out the sealing test, which requires no leakage and damage after 12 heures. Our company is specially equipped with this test device, according to the national standard DL/T264-2012 and GB/T 6451, to detect whether the transformer is leaking under the specified conditions.

The technical requirements of 6kV and 10kV oil-immersed transformers in the national transformer standards put forward that the transformer should be sealed in operation, which requires the transformer to ensure that the transformer is sealed in the manufacturing process, c'est, the sealing test is carried out, and there is no leakage and damage after 12 heures, among which the transformer of the corrugated tank (including the transformer with the elastic plate radiator tank). The test pressure is specified as: 315kVA and below should be subjected to 20kPa test pressure; 400kVA and above should be subjected to 15kPa test pressure.
