HY- V Wood Scratch Tester
Equipment Overview:
The scratch tester is used to detect the scratch resistance of the product surface, c'est, the resistance of the product surface to the diamond scratch under a certain pressure. It is often used for the scratch resistance test of wood-based panels and veneer wood-based panels, such as GB/T 15102, GB/T 17657, GB/T 18102 and so on.

How it works:
Surface scratches are produced by applying pressure to the diamond stylus by means of the lever principle. The small pressure required to produce continuous scratches on the surface throughout the circle indicates the scratch resistance of the product.
