GA-S113 Reciprocating Abrasion Tester

Description

Instrument Applications:

Used to test the abrasion resistance of coatings, plastiques, decorative fabrics, automotive interiors, and pile fabrics. An LCD screen controls and displays the test process, and parameters such as the number of reciprocating abrasion cycles, stroke, and reciprocating speed can be set according to user needs. The friction arm design allows for the replacement of different friction heads. Pressure is controlled based on the lever balance principle. It fully meets the different requirements of various standards regarding friction type, friction head, and pressure.

Principe du test:

The test sample is fixed on a horizontal sample stage and is worn down as the sample stage moves horizontally under a specified abrasive and load. A weight is attached to the other end of the test arm to maintain its balance and ensure the stability of the load on the sample surface. The height of the abrasive and load frame is adjustable to suit samples of different heights.
