GA-CC10 Puncture Strength Tester
Introduction
GA-CC10 diaphragm puncture strength tester adopts automatic clamping device to complete the test automatically, with accurate and stable test data and good repeatability. Suitable for measuring the penetration resistance of battery diaphragm, film, packaging composite film, bag and other thin sheets against penetration by the puncture needle (puncture resistance, puncture strength or puncture elongation)
Mode de fonctionnement:
Puncture resistance: The maximum force required for the piercing needle to penetrate vertically through the pattern.
Puncture strength: Test the puncture strength per unit thickness.
Puncture elongation: After the puncture needle contacts the sample, the starting point is when the force value reaches the pre-pressure, until the position distance of the puncture needle when the sample penetrates.
Méthode d'essai:
Place the test piece with a diameter of 100mm on the fixture, press the test key to automatically clamp the sample, and then use a steel needle with a direct diameter of 1.0mm and a spherical tip radius of 0.5mm to remove the puncture at a speed of (50 × 5) mm/min or (100 × 10) mm/min to read the maximum load of the steel needle penetrating the test piece. The instrument calculates the puncture strength automatically. Note: If the number of test pieces is more than 5, the technical average is taken.
