GA-5583 Horizontal Combustion Tester

Introduction

Vertical + horizontal combustion testing machine is suitable for all kinds of wire and cable insulation coating materials, printed circuit board materials,IC insulators and other organic materials combustion resistance test. Pendant le test, the specimen is placed on the top of the flame, burned for 15 secondes, extinguished for 15 secondes, repeated for 5 times to check the burnt condition of the specimen, the burning, extinguishing time and repetition times can be set, and can be operated automatically. Applicable to VW-1 of UL1581, UL13, UL444.UL1655 and FT-1 of CSA.

2, horizontal combustion box: according to UL1581 standard size production, internal size of 305*355*610mm.
3, vertical spark nozzle: nozzle Angle is 20 degrés, with gas control valve.
4, horizontal spark nozzle: nozzle Angle is 90 degrés, with gas control valve.
5, vertical or horizontal nozzle selection mode.
6, choose manual/automatic mode.
7, when the preset data is reached, the machine will automatically stop the test.
8. Fuel: gaz. Methane (customer supplied)
