Layunin

A polished steel plate is used to apply force to the end of the nipple or drinking part and measure the location of the bend point of the nipple or drinking part. Assemble the specimen correctly according to the product instructions and secure it with an appropriate fixture.

Operating Principle

The main axis of the specimen is perpendicular to the polished steel plate. At the start of the test, the nipple or drinking part is allowed to deviate from the main axis by a maximum of 5°. A force of (10±1)N is applied to a 100 mm x 100 mm polished steel plate at a rate of (10±2)mm / min. The distance from the locking ring to the bend point of the nipple or drinking part is measured. If a locking ring is not present, the distance from the bottle neck to the bend point of the nipple or drinking part is measured.
