Function Introduction

Designed and manufactured according to the requirements of T0625 “Brockfield Rotational Viscosity Test (Blockfield Viscometer Method)” in standard JTJ052 “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering”, this instrument is suitable for measuring the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. It can be widely used to measure the viscosity of various fluids such as asphalt, hot melt adhesives, paraffin wax, and polymers.

Technical Features:

1. This instrument adopts advanced mechanical design technology, manufacturing process, and microcomputer control technology, ensuring accurate data acquisition, high measurement sensitivity, reliable test results, maginhawang operasyon, and an aesthetically pleasing design.
2. The display uses a white backlight, high-brightness LCD screen, which can directly display information such as sample viscosity, rotor number, and speed, providing clear data display.
3. Test results can be displayed in real time on the screen or printed out. Additionally, it can be connected to a personal computer via its RS232 data communication port.
