RoHS 2.0 Environmental Directive Testing expert
In order to meet the increasingly demanding test needs of customers, especially the higher standards of sensitivity and stability for trace elements, Invenx ESI has developed a new and upgraded EDX8000B- RoHS compliance XRF detection spectrometer. Compared to the basic Si-pin detector, the EDX8000B is equipped with the most advanced SDD silicon drift detector. Higher sample X-ray energy data throughput and better spectral resolution improve detection performance by 2-3 veces.
Advantages of EDX8000B:
Faster – Measurement time is greatly reduced due to higher sample signal flux per unit time. 100 seconds to achieve the average version of the instrument 200 seconds measurement effect.
More accurate — The unique multichannel analyzer DPP achieves a linear count rate of more than 100,000 cps while guaranteeing optimal spectral resolution, usually better than 130 eV (160eV for common Si-pin detectors), to better separate the spectra of different elements. Al mismo tiempo, the powerful Windows-based FP (Basic Parameter Algorithm) software reduces the absorption enhancement effect between matrix elements, while taking into account the interference of different matrix to the spectral intensity changes, and improves the test accuracy to a new level
· More stable — Using a large area 25 mm2 beryllium window SDD detector (common Si-pin detector 6mm2), this detector can obtain 2-3 times the spectral intensity (count rate CPS) of the common detector under the same sample excitation conditions, resulting in better test stability and long-term repeatability. The EDX8000B spectrometer can operate at full power compared to the traditional Sipin version of the benchtop instrument, thus achieving more stable and reliable test performance
