GA-ATLAS Atlas Test Instrument

Objetivo:
The test method described in NACE TM0174-2002 is called Atlas Cells test, which is widely used in foreign countries for coating suppliers and material suppliers, but rarely used in China. The Atlas test characterizes the resistance of lining coatings to chemical media in the presence of temperature gradients and simulates the cold wall effect of pipes and tanks without insulation. A similar test is described in Method B of ASTM D6943-2015. The Atlas test is a kind of immersion test, but it is closer to the reality, only one side is immersed, and the other side is in contact with the atmosphere, and the difference between the ordinary immersion test is that the medium tolerance and cold wall effect are considered at the same time.
