This mechanical spring fatigue testing machine consists of a drive system, transmission system, control and display systems, and is suitable for fatigue testing of various coil springs. The machine’s motor is controlled by an electromagnetic speed control system. An eccentric device drives a connecting rod to raise and lower a reciprocating pressure plate, completing reciprocating compression fatigue testing of the spring. This machine is pollution-free, highly efficient, and features a wide frequency modulation range and test volume. Equipped with appropriate auxiliary tools, it can perform fatigue testing on springs of various specifications. Controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, it automatically shuts down upon reaching the test limit.
