This wheat imperfection software connects to a dedicated scanner to scan electronic images of both sides of the wheat grain. The software automatically counts and classifies the tested wheat samples, thus obtaining the overall quality classification of the wheat.

5. It provides a raw wheat image interface. Users can view the raw image of the sample by clicking “View Wheat Image,” and can also perform tests according to items such as “Mold,” “Broken,” “Disease Spots,” y “Black Embryo.” Users can also arrange different categories of samples according to their requirements.
6. Features automatic color matching based on the RHS2015 color chart from the Chinese Horticultural Society. It automatically identifies and classifies normal kernels based on differences in color, texture, and shape between normal and various non-normal kernels. It possesses self-learning and classification capabilities for kernel color and shape, enabling automatic classification analysis of their appearance images (automatic learning can cover up to 10 categories).
7. Automatically measures the kernel shape parameters of each kernel: longitud, ancho, aspect ratio, área, equivalent diameter, perimeter, etc., as well as their mean and variance.
8. Data export: Analysis image results can be saved, automatically generating summary reports. Statistical analysis results can be exported to Excel, and analysis result graphs can be output by width, longitud, área, etc..
9. Assisted deletion/deletion: Add/delete kernels using the mouse, or manually adjust the classification and count on the screen using the mouse to ensure 100% exactitud.
