Aplicaciones:
Designed and manufactured in accordance with GB8810-2005, “Determination of Water Absorption of Rigid Foam Plastics,” this instrument offers ease of use and high accuracy, making it widely applicable for testing the water absorption of rigid foam plastics in manufacturing and technology.
Composition:
Comprising six main components: rigid foam plastic water absorption test calculation software, sample loading cage, test sample water tank, rigid foam plastic mass measuring instrument, sample slicer, and glass slide.
Test Method:
1. Dimensions of test object: 150mm in length, 150mm in width, 75mm in thickness; floor area not exceeding 500cm³;
2. Temperatura ambiente: 23±2°C; Humedad ambiental: 50±5°C;
3. Soaking solution: Distilled water that has been distilled and allowed to stand for at least 48 horas;
4. Cut the rigid foam into a square test object, 150mm in length, 150mm in width, and 75mm in thickness.
5. Place the sample on a scale and weigh the dried sample (m1) to the nearest 0.1g, recording the weight.
6. Immerse the hanging net in distilled water, remove any air bubbles from the surface of the net, and hang it on the lower hook of the scale. Measure the apparent weight (m2) to the nearest 0.1g, recording the weight and removing the net. 7. Loosen the two fixing screws on the two side sleeves of the hanging cage. Entonces, place the specimen on the disc and center it. Lower the pressure rod to press down on the specimen, secure the two ends of the pressure rod to the specimen, and tighten the two fixing screws on the two side sleeves.
8. Re-immerse the hanging cage with the specimen in distilled water. Use a soft-bristled brush to stir and remove any air bubbles from the hanging cage and the hard foam.
9. After soaking for 96 horas, hang the hanging cage containing the specimen on the lower hook of a balance and weigh its apparent mass (m³) to the nearest 0.1g. Record the value.
