The Mosaic machine can work reliably under the following conditions:

1.The elevation shall not exceed 1000 metros;

2.Ambient media temperature shall not exceed +40 degrees Celsius, and shall not be lower than -10 degrees Celsius;

3, the relative humidity of the air is not more than 85% (at 20 degrees Celsius);

4.No obvious vibration or turbulence;

5, there is no conductive pressure dust, explosive gas, and corrosive gas can seriously damage the metal and insulation.

Características estructurales:

The machine is a mechanical Mosaic machine, rotating the outer hand wheel of the body, through a pair of bevel gears to drive the internal screw rod of the body to make the lower die of the pressed sample move up and down in the rigid mold sleeve, the thermotropic plastic and the embedded sample samples are formed under the condition of heating.The forming pressure in the sample preparation process is automatically compensated by the spring fixed in the collective, and the pressure pressed by the sample can be indicated by the signal lamp.

The Mosaic machine is equipped with digital display temperature controller, thus realizing real-time temperature display and temperature setting, configuration timer, and thus realizing the semi-automation of sample making, greatly improving the work efficiency.The time of sample making is 8-10 minutes each time, and the ideal sample as smooth as a mirror can be obtained.
