Resumen

The GA-1038 series includes the most comprehensive and technologically advanced capillary rheometer capable of measuring the rheological properties of polymer material samples at a variety of shear rates and test conditions. The following data are obtained:

Volume flow rate, Rap- apparent shear stress, polymer viscosity, Nap- polymer apparent viscosity, Sa- room temperature expansion ratio and so on.

Características

This instrument adopts advanced high temperature and pressure sensors, the mechanical transmission part mainly adopts imported precision double ball screw drive, to ensure the machine mechanical high rigid frame structure, so that the load efficiency and measurement accuracy of deformation has been greatly improved.

Transmission control system: imported high-precision servo system control, with high response frequency, high transmission efficiency, smooth transmission, high acquisition frequency, better precision.

Heating part: The rare alloy material nickel-chromium metal die-casting, with a long time high temperature state of burning is the main characteristics, excellent temperature stability.

Equipment test purpose
