Determination of platinum content in platinum ruthenium alloy by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer EDX6000 gold detector
The platinum content in Pt ruthenium alloy (85%~95% PT) was determined by the EDX-6000 gold meter of energy dispersive x ray fluorescence spectrometer. A set of working standard samples with platinum ruthenium as the main content were used. Measure and collect the characteristics of the elements contained in the working standard sample x ray spectrum to establish the standard working curve, compile and optimize the analysis program, determine the content of platinum elements in the platinum ruthenium alloy sample test results compared with other methods, prove the method is feasible. When the platinum content in platinum ruthenium alloy is 85%~95%, the analysis accuracy is better than 0.25%1
