This electronic spring torsion fatigue test bench is suitable for testing the dynamic fatigue properties of helical torsion springs.

This electronic spring torsion fatigue test bench consists of a loading system, a transmission system, and a measurement, control, and display system. It is suitable for testing the dynamic fatigue properties of helical torsion springs. It features a horizontal structure, an LED digital display, and a planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer drive. It features uniform, stable, and shock-free loading, as well as accurate data acquisition and control. It is suitable for testing the fatigue properties of helical torsion springs.
The entire machine utilizes a fully digital servo control system and a proprietary data acquisition and processing system. A photoelectric encoder records the specimen’s torsion angle and number of twists. Automatic shutdown can be set for the angle and number of twists, and test data can be output and printed.
