GA-S102 Electric Cross-Strike Tester
Beschreibung:
The electric cross-strike tester for vehicle body scratch resistance is a general-purpose instrument used to perform various scratch and abrasion resistance tests on paint layers and plastic surfaces. For test pieces of different thicknesses, parallel and cross-scratch tests can be performed using single-row or multi-row cutters. It is specifically designed for adhesion testing according to the cross-scratch method for all user standards and scratch resistance testing according to GME 60 280. A wide range of test parameters and a variety of test tools make these tests easy to perform.

Produktmerkmale:
The cross-strike tester is a benchtop testing instrument with a robust structure, providing stable scratch performance even under harsh conditions. The testing process is PLC controlled, and all parameters (2 scratch speeds, 2 scratch lengths, cross-scratch mode) can be set via buttons. Each motion program (test piece transport, scratch position, and required pressure adjustment) is driven by an independent stepper motor to set the scratch distance. An indicator will show when the scratch penetrates the insulating layer to the metal substrate.
