Leakage Current Meter
Under the condition of without using of an external voltage source, AT680 has high-cost performance. Build-in 1V- 650V arbitrary voltage output. Leakage current range 1nA~20mA, max reading 9999, and speed can reach 55 times/second. It provides the best solution for automatic production.
