GPJ-6 Bottle Roller

GPJ-6 bottle rolling machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, so that the closed round bottle (or can) placed between two rollers can be rotated slowly. The machine has simple structure and easy operation. It can be used in the chemical industry laboratory to keep the mixed reagents in the jar in a uniform mixing state by slowly rotating the closed jar, or to add appropriate grinding media to the jar to make the mixed reagents in the jar in a slow rotating state to be improved grinding and refining.

Use and maintenance:
1. Connect the power cable to the socket at the rear of the host.
2. If you want to start the roller rotation, press the “RUN” button first, and then turn the speed control knob to adjust the required speed.
3. If you want to STOP the roller, press the “Stop” button.
4. After use, stop the roller rotation and disconnect the power cord from the power supply.
5. Except the “RUN” button, “STOP” button and speed control knob on the inverter, the other buttons are used for setting the parameters of the inverter. Do not use them at will.
6. After a certain period of use, grease should be added to the bearings of the two ends of the passive roller in a timely way.
7. This machine is used for the production process of chemical raw materials, and the user shall establish appropriate safety and health protection measures and determine the rules and regulations according to the relevant safety regulations before use. Safety issues related to contact with chemical raw materials shall be established by the user and are not covered by this specification
