High frequency Q meter
The dielectric constant dielectric loss test system of high frequency insulation material consists of S916 test device (příslušenství), GA-971 GA-972 GA-973 type high frequency Q meter, data acquisition and tanδ automatic measurement control (loaded into the software module of GA-971 GA-972 GA-973), and LKI-1 inductor. According to the national standard GB/T 1409-2006, GB/T 1693-2007, the American standard ASTM D150 and the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60250 regulations design and production. The system provides a jia solution for automatic measurement of high frequency dielectric loss Angle tangent (tanδ) and dielectric constant (E) of insulating materials. The test device in this instrument is composed of a flat plate capacitor, which is generally used to contain the sample to be measured, and Q table is used as an indicating instrument. The loss Angle tangent value of the insulation material is calculated by the formula of the change of Q value and the scale reading of the thickness of the measured sample in the plate capacitor and without the sample. Use the GA-971 or GA-973digital Q meter with automatic calculation of dielectric constant (E) and dielectric loss (tanδ).
